Perfect location. Near Plaza Mayor, walking distance to Prado Museum, National Archeological Museum, a wonderful food store as well as numerous restaurants. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was large (quad) nice bath with shower and a terrace though it was often too rainy and cool to use except to look out at the streets. Breakfast was very nice with hot foods and fresh fruits, lots of coffee and bread options. Fresh squeezed orange juice.

Great location. VERY clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Great to have the bidet.we like the comforter on the bed Nice to have the breakfast included and in the hotel lobby. Fabulous to have the elevator, especially considering our heavy suitcases and aging knees. The personnel were outstanding, very friendly and welcoming. I loved the purple hard candy they gave us upon checkout (I wish I could find more of those candies).

Location, location, location:) very central, few steps from Sol, on a pedestrian street, literally 10-15 mins to any major POI. Soundproof windows make sleep great. Daily room cleaning. Complimentary water provided on arrival day. Kettler available on request. Good recommendatons from staff as to dining and transport options. Room with a balcony to the Sol makes an excellent choise.

I always suffer from lack of sleep during my vacations! However, i slept very well because of the excellent window isolation system!!! The hotel location is at one of the busiest area in Madrid and still didn’t hear the noise outside ! The service was so good, the team was helpful and trying there best to assist with any queries. The hotel is clean. The location is amazing.

Location, service, breakfast, clean and very well maintained. The people at the reception greeted us with real hospitality. We were at Madrid for the Campanadas so the offered us a room with a balcony were we so and enjoyed the Campanadas from the comfort of our room. We recommend the hotel and if at Madrid, we will be back. Thank you all for a wonderful vacation in Madrid.
